These terms govern every sale made through this website. Placing an order means accepting them. They do not affect your statutory rights.
1. The parties
The seller is Andiot Watches. The buyer is the person or company placing the order. Where a company places the order, the person doing so warrants they are authorised to bind it.
2. Description of goods
Every listing states the reference, the year, the movement and the condition as recorded by our watchmakers. Photographs show the actual piece unless the listing says otherwise. Small variations in colour between screens are not a defect.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude import duties outside the United States. Payment is taken in full at checkout unless staged payment has been agreed in writing. A piece is reserved only once payment has cleared.
4. Title and risk
Title passes on receipt of cleared funds. Risk passes on delivery. Between dispatch and delivery the piece is insured by us to its full declared value.
5. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within two business days, insured and requiring a signature. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. If a delivery is refused or unclaimed, return carriage and re-delivery are charged to the buyer.
6. Cancellation and return
You may return a piece within fourteen days of delivery provided it is unworn and all seals, tags and documents are intact. Return carriage is at your cost unless the piece was not as described. Refunds are made to the original payment method within fourteen days of the return arriving.
7. Guarantee
Each piece carries a two-year guarantee covering the movement and case, excluding fair wear, water ingress caused by an unsecured crown, and damage from servicing by a third party.
8. Authenticity
Every piece is inspected before listing and ships with a written condition report. If a piece is subsequently shown by an authorised service centre not to be authentic, we will refund the purchase price in full, without limit of time.
9. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s place of business. Disputes are subject to its courts.
