Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

To fulfil an order: your name, delivery and billing address, email address and telephone number. To answer an enquiry: whatever you choose to tell us. Automatically: your IP address and browser, in server logs.

We never see or store your card details. They go directly to our payment provider.

Why we hold it

To take payment, dispatch the piece, honour the guarantee, and meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to dealers in high-value goods. We do not sell data to anyone and do not use it for advertising.

How long

Order records are kept for as long as tax and anti-money-laundering law requires. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after two years. Server logs are kept for thirty days.

Who else sees it

Our payment provider, our insured carrier, and our accountants — each only what they need to do their part. None of them may use it for anything else.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires us to keep it, and object to processing. Write to the address on the contact page; we answer within thirty days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page and date the change.
